The Perez Institute for Physical Therapy and Wellness, Inc. was founded when we decided it was time to open a patient-oriented physical therapy practice in the city of Boca Raton. We had been practicing in this area for 7 years and felt that there needed to be a change. We have grown up in these neighborhoods and want to offer something better in personalized health care and wellness. We take pride in our positive outcomes and are thankful that we have been given the opportunity to serve our community and improve upon the health care services that are currently offered. We offer excellent clinical skills in a comfortable and caring environment, using high-end equipment and the latest exercise technology. Our patients are an extension of our family and we develop caring and trusting relationships that span the years. We do our very best to make sure our patients achieve maximum recovery while they are under our care.
Our mission is to provide exceptional service in a comfortable and caring environment. Whether your goal is to improve your mobility and quality of life, or to increase your fitness level, The Perez Institute was created to help you achieve those goals.
