The Perez Institute offers wellness and prevention programs that include supervised use of gym facilities and equipment for our patients after they have been discharged from physical therapy.

Programs Include:

 

Personal Training: Sports-Specific, Aerobic and Strength Training, Weight Loss and Body Sculpting programs are available. All training programs are created on an individual basis to improve your current fitness level. Available in hour and half-hour session increments.

PowerPlate Training: Experience what the stars and professional sports teams are using to train with the PowerPlate and maximize your training sessions. Increase strength, balance, agility and circulatory fitness all on one machine. Sessions are 20 minutes each.
